Rock Creek Church | Prosper, Texas

Rock Creek Church is designed to support both worship and everyday community life. The campus centers on a large Commons space that serves as the primary gathering place for fellowship, connection, and ministry activities throughout the week.

The design draws inspiration from the church’s name and identity, using subtle abstract references to flowing creek forms to guide movement through the building and shape spaces for gathering and conversation. These elements extend from the outdoor courtyards into the interior Commons, creating a sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The project includes a 1,000-seat worship center designed for future expansion to 1,500 seats, a welcoming Commons with café and seating areas, dedicated children’s education spaces, and an outdoor courtyard with covered seating and fire pits to encourage connection before and after services.

Together, these elements create a campus that supports worship, fosters community, and provides flexible spaces for the church’s continued growth.
