Transforming an existing furniture store into a vibrant new home for worship, this project reimagines a commercial structure as a warm, modern church environment. The design celebrates renewal—breathing new life into the existing building while respecting its original framework.

Inside, the Worship Center seats 800 people in an innovative, contemporary space defined by clean lines, natural light, and the warmth of wood and stone accents with cutting edge technology. OXLEY carefully organized the layout to maximize the existing footprint, working seamlessly around the original structural systems to create efficient, flexible, and welcoming spaces.

A dynamic children’s ministry area compliments the main worship experience, designed to accommodate attendance balanced to the church’s overall capacity. Outside, new parking and site improvements were thoughtfully integrated to support the expanded use, maintaining balance between accessibility and aesthetics.

The result is a modern worship environment that blends functionality, stewardship, and timeless design—reflecting the church’s mission to gather, grow, and serve within their community.
