Sarah is an experienced commercial interior designer committed to creating functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. With a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to understand the clients’ needs and mission, Sarah has successfully developed a wide variety of project types. Sarah values relationships above all else and keeps the client informed of progress throughout our process.

Jon has extensive experience in managing large-scale mixed-use developments. He excels at delivering strategic solutions that align with clients' long-term goals. With a passion for housing and creating buildings that outlive their current use, Jon combines expertise in project management, innovative design, and real estate development to ensure exceptional returns on investment functionally, aesthetically, and financially.

Eric is an experienced architect specializing in educational facilities, sports venues, and multifamily housing. With a strong design and project management background, he brings innovative solutions to diverse architectural challenges. He leverages his experience to deliver thoughtful designs that meet functional and aesthetic needs. Passionate about creating impactful spaces, Eric is dedicated to improving communities through architecture.

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Regan brings more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale commercial projects throughout the United States and internationally. He believes meaningful placemaking begins with a clear design idea, grounded in context and carried through with rigor, resulting in environments worthy of long-term stewardship. Regan approaches each project with an emphasis on concept, craft, and execution, shaping places that enrich experience, strengthen their surroundings, and leave a lasting architectural legacy.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Aaron has over a decade of experience in high-end multifamily and commercial office design. She is passionate about creating spaces that not only look beautiful but deeply reflect each client’s story and purpose through strong concept development and relational project management. Her favorite part of the process is working directly with clients to uncover their “why” and translate it into thoughtful, meaningful design.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Gabriel is dedicated to creating spaces that serve the public good and strengthen communities. With experience in housing and institutional projects, he balances social impact with thoughtful design, contributing to the growth and character of neighborhoods and cities. Guided by a respect for context, clarity, and enduring form, Gabriel approaches each project with the goal of crafting spaces that are both meaningful and lasting.

Jaime is committed to curating spaces that are both intentional and mindful of context and community impact, believing that good design is rooted in meaningful connections between people and place. With previous experience in hospitality and master planning, they bring a skillset that emphasizes design exploration, visualization, and client focused outcomes. Passionate about design, Jaime is dedicated to positively shaping and strengthening surrounding communities.
