Restoration Church | Southlake, Texas

Oxley Architects partnered with Restoration Church on a thoughtful expansion designed to support the church’s continued growth and strengthen opportunities for connection, fellowship, and discipleship. The project introduces a new addition to the existing campus that enhances gathering spaces while expanding areas dedicated to children’s ministry and community engagement.

At the center of the expansion is a new large Commons space designed to serve as the heart of the campus between services and throughout the week. The Commons provides a welcoming environment for fellowship, informal meetings, and community connection, creating a natural gathering place that supports the relational life of the church.

The project also includes a significantly expanded children’s education area, providing additional classrooms and secure ministry environments tailored to support the church’s growing family community. Large multipurpose rooms are incorporated to provide flexible space for events, teaching, small groups, and ministry programs.

Extending the Commons outdoors, a covered porch creates an inviting exterior gathering space, allowing the church community to connect before and after services while strengthening the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The expansion is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing campus while positioning Restoration Church for continued growth and ministry impact in the Southlake community.
