Grace Revolution | Dallas, Texas
Oxley Architects is leading the transformation of a former LA Fitness facility into the new Dallas campus for Grace Revolution, converting the existing structure into a vibrant 60,000-square-foot ministry and community environment designed to support worship, teaching, and gathering.
The design reimagines the existing big-box building to maximize functionality and long-term flexibility. A new second floor has been added within the existing structure, significantly expanding usable program space while efficiently leveraging the original building footprint. This strategic approach allows the campus to accommodate a wide range of ministry activities while maintaining cost-effective use of the existing facility.
At the heart of the campus is a 1,000-seat auditorium designed to create an engaging and immersive worship experience. The auditorium will feature a fully integrated, cutting-edge audio, visual, and lighting system, allowing the space to support dynamic services, live production, and high-quality broadcast capabilities.
Additional program spaces throughout the building will support teaching, staff offices, gathering areas, and ministry functions, creating a flexible environment that can evolve alongside the needs of the church.
This project demonstrates the power of adaptive reuse, transforming an existing commercial building into a purpose-driven place for community, worship, and connection.
